REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/14/2025-12/15/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Job requires worker to complete tasks in agricultural equipment operation and general farm labor of corn, soybeans, seed corn and seed beans. Employer will provide instructions and training on specific job duties. Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by Employer: operate different types of farm machinery used for soil preparation, planting, cultivating, pruning, weeding, disking, tillage, harvesting, spraying, gathering, hauling and storing crops, including tractors, farm implements, mowers, cultivators; forklifts, discs, rippers, plows, planters, transplanters, conveyors, hand trucks, augers; clean and maintain work areas, farm property, farm buildings, grounds, and landscaping; inspect, maintain, clean, prepare and repair farm equipment and vehicles; mix and apply fertilizer and other chemicals; install and maintain irrigation; load, haul, and unload crops, seed, and agricultural supplies; drive Employer provided farm equipment to harvest and haul crops to storage locations within St. Joseph, Kalamazoo, and Cass counties with all locations allowing workers to reasonably return within same workday. Pay will be hourly.
