To develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve EHS procedures and programs in Whole Tianjin site to comply with regulations and DS EHS requirement. Champion the site’s EHS programs so as to provide energy and involvement.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 职责 :

• Develop policies, procedures, instructions, and guidelines related to safety and environmental protection, and ensure they are carried out consistently and accurately to comply with regulation and DS EHS requirement

• Implement performance measurements to continuously improve safety and environmental protection.

• Regular inspection and review on site in order to identify safety and environmental risks early in advance, and provide advise on corrective action

• Regular reporting to the management about safety and environmental situation, risks required improvements and actions taken, including EHS management review

• As contact point with local authority in safety, fire-fighting, occupational health, environment function.

• To manage clearing\security\occupational health examination\pest control \waste disposal\regular testing

• Organize training and frills as requested

• Management and control of related documents related to EHS

• Support on project related to EHS on site.

KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 知识、技能及经验要求 :

Education 教育背景

• Typically requires a Bachelors degree

Experience 工作经验

• 3 years relevant work experience in JV or foreign factory, with at least 1 years management experience.

Specific Knowledge /skills 具体专业技能

• Be familiar with China's safety and environment laws and policies

• Pro-active, initiative, self-propelled with problem solving abilities and organizational skills

• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills

• Good written and oral communication in both Chinese and English
