The Receiving Clerk – you will accept and control all incoming deliveries, maintaining an optimal goods inventory, correct storage and issue of goods. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

What will I be doing?

As the Accounting Officer – Receivable, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Checks if items match the description on the invoice by confirming volume, price, quality, expiration dates and makes any adjustments required.

• Directs supplier to appropriate department as required.

• Checks to ensure food suppliers/handlers wear appropriate while robes and caps and lends if required.

• Checks delivered items against order forms.

•Corrects and notifies a supplier in case any mistakes are found with invoices and directs to issue a new invoice.

• Contacts supplier if goods received come without invoice.

• Sorts invoices of the items delivered on day by input categories into the system.

•Checks receiving record against invoices with the same date as above after calculation using FBC for any discrepancy .

• Inputs food invoice by category for directly ordered items.

• Ensures that figures input the system match the sum yielded.

• When receiving inquiry or request for correction for invoice already input into the system, traces back to the past to search or investigate for an appropriate action.

• Controls schedules for team members including annual leave and days off.

What are we looking for?

An Accounting Officer – Receivable serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• University degree and above.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Attention to details and good interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English and Chinese to meet business needs.

• Possess system skills in Check SCM, SUN.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, etc.
