Oracle NetSuite Sales Director in TOKYO, Japan
Job Description
As a Sales Director or Manager for Oracle NetSuite, you will be responsible for driving business growth by specializing in new customer acquisition in the Japanese market. You will be required to target small, medium and growing companies and work closely with marketing and inside sales to build and execute repeatable sales plays.

Responsibilities
New Client Acquisition: Targeting growing companies and small to mid-sized companies, promote the value of NetSuite, generate deals and close them.
Sales strategy development and execution: Work with marketing and inside sales to build and optimize repeatable sales mechanisms
Pipeline Management and Forecasting Accuracy: Utilize data analysis to accurately forecast sales and maximize close rates.
Market Analysis and Competitive Strategy: Identify market trends and develop optimal sales strategies
Team Management: Hire, train, and manage sales teams to promote organizational growth
Deal execution: Achieve results in a short period of time through efficient deal execution with a sense of SaaS speed.
Required Requirements
Corporate sales experience in IT and cloud solutions (5+ years)
Sales team management experience (3+ years)
Knowledge and experience in SaaS business
Experience implementing a data-driven sales approach
Experience working with marketing and inside sales
Japanese (native level), English (business level)
Desirable requirements
Sales experience with NetSuite or other ERP solutions
Startup or new business launch experience
Experience selling to large enterprises (enterprise sales)
Experience working with global teams
