Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service to our clients while leading a team of architects, engineers, and interior designers within a collaborative environment. Strategic Growth: This role is pivotal for driving the strategic growth of our architectural practice. The ideal candidate will possess established client relationships and a track record of cultivating new connections at local and regional levels. Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership, organizational, technical, written, and verbal communication skills. An experienced, highly motivated, self-directed professional with a hands-on attitude and the ability to work with a diverse, multidisciplinary team. Project Coordination: Interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large architectural led design assignments with responsibility for all aspects of the overall program and specific projects. Client Meetings: Leading client meetings, facilitating decisions to resolve important questions, and planning/coordination of overall programs and specific projects. Travel: Travel required. What We Offer: Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000/year depending on location, education, experience, and any certifications that are directly related to the position. Bonus and Incentives: In addition to our competitive and market-driven data compensation ranges, this role includes eligibility for our annual, target bonus/incentive program. Our target bonus program is based on company and individual performance and goals.
