Job Description

We are seeking two skilled Body Shop Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive bumper-to-bumper body shop repairs on a variety of Class 8 vehicles, including semis, trailers, and large scale trucks. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, buffing, repairing, or replacing dents, scrapes, scratches, hoods, fenders, bumpers, and mud flaps. You will also be involved in sanding, grinding, painting vehicles, MIG welding, fabrication, and general shop cleanup duties. This position requires lifting up to 50lbs.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Toledo, Ohio.

Work Environment

Our facility operates on a first shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, expecting a 40-hour work week. Initially, you will be paid hourly to establish a baseline performance, after which you will transition to a flat rate pay style based on skill tier.
