We are looking for a Student Success Coach to join our dynamic team. In this high-touch role, you will provide deep, reflective coaching to a diverse group of learners, guiding them through their programs, empowering them to set and achieve goals, and helping them overcome obstacles. Your work will be centered on engaging students through personalized support, driving accountability and fostering growth. Ultimately, your success is measured by your students\' progress, retention, and graduation rates while at Chegg Skills. Responsibilities
- Guide, motivate, coach, and provide accountability for learners with diverse needs, backgrounds, and experiences as needed through their program.
{=html} <!-- --> - Engage students to set clear expectations, evaluate their progress, and drive accountability toward their goals through deep coaching conversations, fostering an environment of reflection and growth to overcome obstacles and ensure success.
{=html} <!-- --> - Manage a high-volume caseload of students, providing high-touch personalized support through text, email, video chat, and other communication channels.
{=html} <!-- --> - Leverage CRM tooling and established playbooks to monitor, document, and report on individual and group-wide learner progress and performance. Use this collective information to strategically identify students requiring the most support from a large roster of active students and to inform coaching conversation topics and approaches.
{=html} <!-- --> - Method of student engagement (text, email, video) will be determined by business needs on an ongoing basis: If primarily text/email, conversations with 250+ learners per week, if primarily video calls, sessions with up to 40-50 learners per week
{=html} <!-- --> - Collaboratively create, manage, and lead virtual workshops, group coaching sessions, and office hours, as needed.
{=html} <!-- --> - Work closely with the Enrollment Manager, Outreach Coordinators, and enablement team to address learner needs and ensure a smooth learner experience.
{=html} <!-- --> - Provide feedback on student engagement processes and methods, team tooling, and workflow to help the team optimize day-to-day operations and learner outcomes.
{=html} <!-- --> - Partner with the enablement team to test new coaching approaches and continue building our coaching toolkit.
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ year proven track record in coaching, student success facilitation, or related roles
{=html} <!-- --> - Genuinely excited about supporting students who are taking charge of their own education and striving to meet their skilling and career goals
{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to provide high quality support to a high volume of learners
{=html} <!-- --> - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
{=html} <!-- --> - Excellent interpersonal skills, including a developed sense of empathy and understanding
{=html} <!-- --> - Demonstrated experience with and ability to listen, provide valuable feedbac , and motivate to action, including reigniting a learner\'s \"why\"
{=html} <!-- --> - Understanding of andragogy; teaching or counseling experience is a plus
{=html} <!-- --> - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
{=html} <!-- --> - A strong work ethic and drive to meet and exceed target learner outcomes
{=html} <!-- --> - Experience with Planhat and Zendesk a plus
The pay range for this position is \$49,350 - \$143,936.The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
