<li>Implement a comprehensive recommendations and reporting management system that powers real-time analytics and performance metrics, enabling informed decision-making for campaign management.</li>

<li>Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to other team members.</li>

<li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to refine product requirements, aligning development efforts with strategic business goals.</li>

<li>Uphold high-quality standards, advocating for best practices and leading code reviews to maintain excellence in development.</li>

<li>Explore and implement new technologies and frameworks to enhance platform functionality and user experience.</li>

<li>6+ years of experience in software engineering and designing systems at scale.</li>

<li>Proficient in Java Spring Boot</li>

<li>Solid understanding of database management (SQL) and software engineering principles.</li>

<li>Experience with&nbsp; Cloud Native architecture platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.</li>

<li>Experience in Big Data technologies/frameworks like Apache Kafka/Apache Spark/NoSQL databases.</li>

<li>Experience with Continuous Integration (CI/CD) practices and tools (Buildkite, Jenkins, etc.).</li>

<li>Experience leveraging monitoring and logging technologies (e.g., DataDog, Elasticsearch, etc.).</li>

<li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.</li>

<li>Track record of being a hands-on developer who efficiently builds technically sound systems.</li>

<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>

<li>Ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.</li>

<li>Experience mentoring engineers and leading code reviews.</li>

<li>Proficient in effective troubleshooting and issue-resolution techniques.</li>
