We are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications professional to lead employee engagement and internal communications for Sanofi Canada (2,000+ workforce) and for its Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) division on Toronto Campus. The successful candidate will work closely with Sanofi Canada leadership and the Communications team to drive internal communications strategies that align with Sanofi's global and local objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leadership to craft and deliver key messages that inspire and motivate employees and communicate organizational objectives
Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for M&S, focusing on employee engagement and site-specific communications
Lead all-employee Townhalls at Canada and M&S level
Work closely with site leaders to ensure consistent and effective communication across the Toronto campus
Coordinate and continuously streamline internal communication ecosystem to ensure impactful and relevant communication to employees
Develop compelling content for internal channels to keep employees engaged with company initiatives, values, and goals
Collaborate with the Global Head of M&S Communications to align site communications with overall Sanofi narratives
Measure the effectiveness of leadership communications and employee engagement programs, providing regular reports and recommendations
Manage crisis communications related to manufacturing sites and supply chain issues
Provide strategic counsel to support change management communications initiatives
About You
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or related field
7+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on employee engagement and/or manufacturing environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French language is an asset
Strong leadership and project management abilities
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
Experience with employee engagement surveys and action planning

Special Working Conditions:
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones when necessary; Hybrid work policy is 3 days in office, including one Monday or Friday per week.
