Job Title: Line Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Technician to guarantee the day-to-day operations in our production line, compounding, and warehouse departments. This is a critical role that requires technical and mechanical experience in manufacturing, liquid filling, and warehousing. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production line assembly.

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment (liquid filling, capping, labeling, and packaging) as per SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with product quality standards through regular quality control checks.

• Troubleshoot production equipment issues and perform necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate records of production activities.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production lines.

• Responsible for the installation of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper alignment and calibration.

• Document all maintenance and repair activities.

• Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance activities and production operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in liquid manufacturing in a GMP environment.

• Ability to run an entire production line independently.

• Set up, line maintenance, packaging, quality assurance, and handling breakdowns.

• Mechanical knowledge.

• Experience in operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting production line equipment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Experience in using computerized inventory management and production tracking systems.

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanic or technician diploma/certificate or relevant experience.

• 2+ years of experience in production line operations.

• Basic electrical knowledge is a bonus.

• Fluency in Mandarin is a bonus.
