Overview

The Disputes and Post Transaction Experience team is looking for a Senior Analyst to help drive the product management of Alerts by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about product management, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and skilled at cross-functional stakeholder management across technology, sales, legal and others.

Role

  • Help evolve product strategy; define vision and roadmap to align to customer needs

  • Help develop a prioritized view of customer needs and market opportunities by segment and use cases; evolve roadmap accordingly

  • Manage development of cross-functional business requirements and communication to platform and technology teams; actively monitor and manage holistic product development schedule

  • Define and monitor success metrics and KPIs to ensure product effectiveness; enhance offering based on performance and voice of the customer

  • Identifying, evaluating and prioritizing opportunities in product to improve Mastercard’s footprint in the pre-disputes space

  • Conduct data analyses and create business cases to gauge commercial impact of proposes product enhancements

  • Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) across Studio, product development and management framework, and end to end solution mapping and sequence flows followed by thorough validation with business owners

All About You

  • Domain experience in payments and disputes space is strongly preferred

  • Proven experience with product development and management

  • Comfortable getting into depth of data available through transaction flows that could be leveraged to enhance value propositions

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business targets and building business relationships

  • Experience translating and applying business requirements (internal, external) to technical product requirements and product strategies

  • Proven project management, organization, and thought leadership skills with ability to build, lead, and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders

  • Superior communications, presentation and interpersonal skills with successful track record engaging at senior levels in organization and with customers

  • Understands and can explain the business context and the associated customer use cases

  • Verbal and written communication is clear and concise

  • Can lead improvement team processes that accelerate product development, delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality
