About The Role:
As a CBRE Union Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring that our tenants receive a high level of customer service in responding to all of their delivery service needs.
This role requires flexibility with shift work of 8 hour shifts.
What You'll Do:
Provide vehicular entry and exit to all delivery vehicles into the loading dock
Obtain pertinent information from carrier/supplier and enter data into system
Accept tenant deliveries for First Canadian Place and the Exchange Tower, including large skids, cartons, and parcels
Data entry, work order preparation and processing, issuing and screening of service elevator access card to delivery personnel, couriers and contractors as required
Sort, distribute and deliver shipments to various tenants
Heavy lifting and equipment operation required (including Forklift use by certified operator)
Receive requests from tenants for elevator bookings, prepare paperwork and enter data into system
Prepare Move schedule for all after-hour activities
Issue service elevator access card and security screening of delivery personnel, couriers and contractors
Schedule and maintain a log of after-hours activities for invoices, produce monthly tenant billing reports and operate service elevators for after-hour tenant activities
Provide administrative support to the Receiving Manager as required
Other duties as assigned

Experience working in receiving in a commercial/retail complex environment and previous material handling experience is preferred
Working knowledge of material handling procedures
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
Forklift experience and certification
Minimum Grade 12 education
