Siemens HR IT Demand Manager (m/f/d) in Tres Cantos, Spain

Siemens GBS (Global Business Services) is looking for a Demand Manager preferably with a HR or IT systems background and experience with integrations of non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions. The position will have project management elements so any practice in this field would also be very advantageous.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Manage the relationship with customers regarding their new demands (projects, system enhancement requests & incidents etc.)

  • Capture and analyse new demands and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and specification in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.

  • Lead HR topics with strong focus on IT strategy & transformation, end-2-end processes and integrations.

  • Coordination/management of global landscape and identify cross-topic dependencies.

  • Collaborate/define/implement complex HR-IT landscape carve-in/carve-out scenarios.

  • Coordination/management of integrations with non-SAP/ Cloud based SaaS solutions i.e. Workday.

  • Consult HR and support functions in the optimisation and harmonisation of business processes.

  • Handle local activities to support HR with integrating solutions into the Siemens IT landscape including cybersecurity

You’ll build on your existing expertise, including:

  • A passion for customer focus and putting our customers at the heart of everything we do.

  • Significant experience in IT systems and HR.

  • Background in system integrations, preferably in HR-related systems.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multi demands/ projects simultaneously

  • Experience and motivation to work in an international set up.

  • Communication skills and the ability to be clear and concise in all communication.

  • Teamwork with a bias towards virtual collaboration

  • Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)

  • Experience in projects or willingness to step into project management responsibilities is essential.
