The International Rescue Committee (IRC) has operated in Libya since 2016, where it works with Libyan national and local health authorities to provide inclusive free-of-charge health services to vulnerable populations. In Ein Zara, IRC provides migrants and refugees with integrated health and protection services.
JOB SUMMARY
The intern finance will be responsible for performing administrative work and support for the filing system in the finance department. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to details, and computer skills.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Position Reports to: Finance Assistant
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
Scanning all documents
Saving electronic files on share cloud folder
Filing and archiving
Reviewing invoices and other document
Any other side task required
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENT:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Having an accounting degree will be an asset
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
Excellent computer skills (scanning & printing)
Competency in Arabic and English Language
EXPERIENCE:
Experience in administrative work
Excellent command of the use of Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Work, Excel and Power Point
Good communication, teamwork skills and ability to work independently
Able to work under stress and meeting deadlines
