Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Maintain and monitor CRM tools to manage customer accounts and credit records.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless account management and project execution.
Plan and execute campaigns that align with client goals, utilizing PPC strategies and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Apply SEM and performance marketing knowledge to optimize results.
Use communication tools (Microsoft Office Teams or Google G Suite) for efficient project coordination.
Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience managing client accounts in an agency environment (strongly preferred).
Knowledge of performance marketing, PPC campaigns, and Google Analytics. Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts in this area and understand how it impacts the client.
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset to act as a strategic partner for clients.
Requirements
• The Digital Account Manager role necessitates a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Understanding of budget processes is required to manage financial aspects efficiently.
• Must possess skills in campaign planning to effectively strategize and execute marketing efforts.
• Experience in cross functional project management is essential to coordinate with various teams.
• Strong client relations skills are needed to build and maintain successful relationships with clients.
• Requires expertise in digital marketing to drive online presence and brand visibility.
• Knowledge of performance marketing is necessary to optimize marketing campaigns based on analytics.
• Ability to analyze paid media analytics to assess the effectiveness of paid advertising efforts.
• Experience in handling Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns to drive traffic to the website.
• Certification from the Search Engine Marketing Detail Oriented Organization (SEMDO) is desirable for better understanding of search engine marketing.
