Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Manager Supply Structures (Troy, NY) to gather and interpret technical requirements and develop a BI and Reporting platform for the Supply Chain teams. Architect scalable, user-centric BI reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards that communicate insights effortlessly to audiences of all levels. Play a key role in modernizing Reporting and Data Visualization for Supply Chain. Design data architecture and visualization strategy for Executive/Management Reporting. Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Data Governance Team for Implementation of Data Intelligence Framework to enable self-service reporting from standardized data assets that are findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable. Define and Implement Governance model for supply chain to ensure data quality, drive a single source of truth, and document business knowledge. Work with data owners to help coordinate data exchanges. Interact with users at all levels to clarify reporting infrastructure use and answer questions. Develop security and authentication standards for BI and Reporting solutions across the organization that leverage Active Directory groups, and table/row level security provided by the data warehouse. Collaborate with Data Warehouse, Integration, MDM, and Analytics teams on design, and implementation of end-to-end BI and analytical solutions. Implement semantic models for different subject areas that serve the analytical needs of various business personas and functions. Execute the Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of reporting and analytics against our suite of Supply Chain Systems (Oracle ERP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Custom Application, Demio, etc.). Lead the development of reusable report/dashboarding tools in Rapid Response and other BI Tools for Supply Chain daily management. Identify problems and opportunities within existing reports and underlying data. Partner with key business partners and IT counterparts to perform root cause analysis, diagnosis, and resolution to improve business processes and accuracy. Direct developers to execute AD HOC reporting requests to meet data visibility needs for all available Supply Chain Data. Leverage Dremio, Excel Files and SQL to answer data needs from Operational or Management team. 2 Direct Reports in the positions of Associate Analyst and Analyst.Job Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, and 7 years of BI and Reporting Architecture experience. Must have 5 years of experience with: Designing and building Relational and/or Dimensional conceptual/logical data models; Advanced SQL techniques; Business Intelligence data visualization applications such as Tableau, Power BI, SSRS or Qlik Sense/View; and Data Warehouse, ETL, and Integrations.
