Production Operator

Are you a skilled Production Operator with a passion for quality and precision? Do you want to be part of a team that's making a tangible impact on people's lives? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our expanding medical device manufacturing team.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to the production of cutting-edge medical devices by assembling and packaging critical components.

• Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to quality standards by completing Device History Records.

• Maintain efficient production flow through precise line preparation and clearance.

• Uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance by following SOPs and GMP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to optimize production processes.

• Develop your problem-solving skills by assisting with troubleshooting and process improvements.

• Expand your knowledge of warehouse operations and contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

• Participate in GMP audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

• Proven experience in electronic assembly.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).

• A Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills.

• The ability to interpret technical documents and follow detailed instructions.

• A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
