Required Skills:

• Desktop support experience troubleshooting Windows devices

• AV support (conference room sweeps, meeting support, AV equipment hardware troubleshooting)

Description:

The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for addressing any technical issues that arise with the client executives sitting in Tulsa. This person will be responsible for providing technical support including hardware and software laptop troubleshooting, maintaining the conference rooms and will be required to support meetings and presentations. This person needs to have a high level of professionalism, aptitude to learn and provide excellent customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
