Project Manager, John Zink Company, LLC, Tulsa, OK:
- Update tasks, adjust networks, and communicate with task managers daily.
- Work with E1 systems similar to LN and PLM, dispatch documents, follow up with appropriate task owner in the process, and communicate effectively to identify and correct system errors.
- Structure projects in E1 system similar to PLM leading to successful allocating of project costs, accurate workflows, and procurement processes.
- Work with vendors to negotiate proper budget and schedules to support successful on-time performance for all commodities and bought parts for combustion products.
- Partner with subcontracted fabricators to collaboratively develop accurate project documents, alternative parts or materials, and perform on budget and on schedule for the project duration.
- Understand customer specification documents, respond to customer questions, partner with engineering or drafting to accurately communicate answers to the customer, and understand drawings for the combustion products.
- Reply professionally, clearly, and in a way that is aligned with the Koch culture for all interactions with internal and external customers, reflecting knowledge of the Five Dimensions and all elements of Principle Based Management.
- Lead workers, supervising the collaboration of a project team, and drive results through influence by leveraging relationships and demonstrating Koch culture paired with excellent execution performance.
- Problem solve document, data, and design dilemmas either individually or collaboratively while meeting customer expectations and timelines.
- Analyze data to understand Power BI reports, financial reports, procurement reports, and other sources of data as needed to make evidence-based decisions and ensure the successful budget and schedule of every project.
- Display financial understanding work with margin, revenue, and allocation of funds for projects in the combustion industry.
- Navigate datasheets and systems to update data and collect information from multiple departments to form cohesive reporting and evaluation.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week.
