We are looking for 1 Fresh Graduated trainer to join our FAC Marketing department for 06 months period.

Primary Function

Support Brand manager in all his tasks: for Monthly commercial reviews decks preparation & analysis, actions plan implementation and follow up, promotional material development, follow up design with agencies and approval process and quotation request.

Major Responsibilities:

• Support on FAC commercial reviews presentations and data analyze.

• Provide support and close follow up for all activities implementation across FAC

• Consolidate field force feedbacks during monthly reporting and field visits.

• Support Promotional material development.

• Follow up with agencies and quotation request.

• In regular basis, test marketing campaigns through recall test with a representative number of doctors

• Ensure all marketing campaigns are in line with Abbott code of business conduct, FCPA and with all local regulations

• Act as Local Brand champion – guarantee usage of Abbott Corporate Branding

• Relay Abbott Corporate values – train new recruits as area label coordinator, work closely with Compliance officer to ensure that all compliance procedures are applicable in the affiliates

• Ensures training of affiliate personnel and partner company staff on compliance policies and recommendations

• Act as the key affiliate contact for internal audits

Profile:

• Business/marketing University degree

• Comprehensive industry knowledge

• Arabic - French and English language essential.

• Organization Results oriented

• Create and manage project plans and timelines.
