Meat Cutter

$15.50/hr(based on experience)

-Quality and safety duties include receiving, inspecting and storing products to ensure quality, following proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, operating equipment in a safe and focused manner while tracking date and rotation of products and completing any necessary reports -Will wrap and price packages, weigh up any price per lb packages that will be displayed in counter -Cuts and trims meat to size for display or as ordered by customer by performing the following duties -Properly clean, store and maintain all knives, scales, assigned -Wraps meat -Customer service duties include preparing cuts of meat to fulfill customer orders, greet, educate and inform customers about products and preparation while providing overall exceptional service to ensure a positive and lasting customer impression -Portions cut poultry -Helps in maintaining Clean and sanitary work conditions

*Previous meat cutting experience, especially in a retail establishment, highly desirable!
