In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide site service to installed-based customers.

• Provide emergency service to customers.

• Provide technical support standards and best practices to customers.

• Disseminate safety notices and important KBA to local service organizations.

• Provide repair quotation support to local Reps/Subs.

• Manage product recall/replacement.

• Report progress and technical problems to Service Manager

• Co-work closely with all BU team members

• Proactively identify potential quality and efficiency improvements within assigned work.

• Collaborate with sales team for Competitive Displacement.

• Have a product & solution knowledge.

• Contribute to Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul business growth.

• Have Analyzer maintenance & Commissioning service capability.

• Have customer focus mindset.

• Provide fast response to customers’ demand.

• Manage emergency situations.

• Manage team and utilize service manhour time effectively.

• Proactively communicate with customers.

You anticipate customer needs and provide services that are beyond customer expectations. You observe situational and group dynamics and select best-fit approach. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree in vocational college or university in related areas.

• Have 03 years of experience in analyzer maintenance.

• Have Analytical products & solution knowledges.

• Prefer National technical qualification certificate holders in areas such as environment, chemical engineering, machinery, electricity, electronics, information technology.

• Work & live in Ulsan area.
