Kuehne+Nagel Quality Auditor Team Lead - 2nd Shift in Union City, Georgia

Your Role

In this role you will report to a Supervisor and have general responsibility for coordinating and leading daily auditing and inspections before shipment. Your typical schedule will be Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $26.24 per hour.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Quality Auditors

  • Ensure processes are followed to ensure accuracy and that quality standards are met

  • Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations

  • Identify non-conformances and make recommendations to improve processes

  • Monitor quality of outgoing shipments

  • Establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks

  • Resolve discrepancies or escalate according to process

  • Drive a culture of belonging in a diverse workforce where all associates feel safe, valued, and included

  • Work overtime and weekends when needed

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Your Skills and Experiences

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a full-time quality role such as Quality Auditor, Quality Specialist, or Quality Inspector

  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

  • Basic technical and math skills

  • Can lift up to 50 pounds
