Walmart Warehouse Supervisor, Manufacturing - Dairy Milk Plant in Valdosta, Georgia

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality, safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives by maintaining procedures, analyzing business reports, and utilizing data to identify operational improvements

  • Complete and prioritize work assignments,identifying deadlines, carrying out tasks, communicating progress, determiningways to address improvement opportunities, and ensuring customer and supplier concerns are resolved,

  • Assist in resolving day-to-day associate challenges by communicating with production managers, checking QA inventory capacity, resolving problem freight issues, and providing subject matter experts to address concerns

  • Manage associates in area of responsibility by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and making recommendations in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates

  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results, identifying and addressing improvement opportunities, and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning

  • Manage work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines by talking with associates to solve problems, resolving delay issues to stay on schedule, and using systems to audit progress and identify concerns early within a shift

What you’ll bring:

  • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or 1+ year's Walmart Logistics Management experience; or 2+ years' experience in Dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.

  • Nice to have:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field, and 1+ year's supervisory experience

  • Nice to have:3+ years' supervisory experience in Dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock
