Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager. This role primarily involves overseeing all financial and administrative functions and working with a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including account reconciliation and bank reconciliations

• Ensure accurate internal financial reporting and present to the board as required

• Close accounts at the end of each month, ensuring all transactions have been accurately recorded

• Utilize Quickbooks Online for efficient financial management and reporting

• Act as a point of contact for all financial inquiries and issues

• Take charge of the administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements • Comprehensive understanding and experience with Accounting Functions

• Proficient in Month End Close procedures

• Demonstrated ability in Account Reconciliation

• Proficiency in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Experience with Internal Financial Reporting

• Capable of delivering effective Board Presentations

• Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online
