Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rockville Centre, New York. The role primarily involves acting as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional support and a seamless experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with handling client inquiries, managing account information, and closely liaising with the investment team to address client needs. This role is a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and deliver top-notch customer service

• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and in a timely manner

• Manage and update client account information accurately

• Work closely with the investment team to address and fulfill client needs

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and order entry tasks

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as necessary

• Conduct email correspondence with clients professionally

• Schedule appointments as required

• Utilize your customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a positive company image. Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment.

• Demonstrated ability in providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in data entry and order entry tasks.

• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Ability to schedule appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
