The Opportunity

The role of Marketing Coordinator presents the opportunity to work on one of the leading investment sales teams in Western Canada and play an integral part of some of the largest, most recognized, and most complex commercial real estate transactions in North America.

The Marketing Coordinator’s primary objective is to support to the team’s Marketing Director in leading the property marketing process, while at the same time, working independently and taking ownership over assigned projects. The Marketing Coordinator will primarily support the development of marketing collateral, proposals, and other deliverables for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop and design a variety of marketing materials, such as listing brochures, detailed investment packages, market reports, listing proposals, email campaigns, websites, and social media relating to the sale of commercial investment properties.

  • Manage the entire property marketing process for assigned listings from inception to completion, including all research, copywriting, and graphic design.

  • Liaise with and manage third-party service providers as part of the marketing preparation process, such as photographers and commercial printers.

  • Maintain marketing timelines for multiple projects running concurrently and ensuring that all marketing deliverables are completed on time.

  • Maintain LinkedIn profiles for several team members weekly, including copywriting and regular posting schedules.

  • Update and maintain team website regularly.

  • Carry out special projects and assignments as required.

  • Create PowerPoint slide presentations as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in relevant field.

  • 1+ years' experience supporting a sales or marketing team, an asset.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign.

  • Sense of initiative, creativity, autonomy and ability to manage several projects at once.

  • Real estate background, an asset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this position is $60,000-$65,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
