**[Position Overview: [In support of a growing our footprint in the federal space, we are seeking an individual to join our team with an understanding of the federal bidding process, the procurement cycle, and proposal management. This individual should be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, teaming partners, and customers in support of the company s growth. This individual will play a pivotal role in evaluating our capabilities, identifying potential opportunities, and enhancing KNZ Solutions' business processes and systems.

  • Review and analyzing solicitations (RFP, RFI, RFQ, etc. ) along with opportunities for bidding and for pipeline consideration.
  • Familiarity with using USAspending.gov, GovWin, SAM.com, etc. and/or other tools for opportunity assessment.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create clear and detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Review requirements and outline concerns, risks, and/or benefits to company as part of the Opportunity Summary Report.
  • Acquire accurate budget, incumbent information, market/customer insights, potential partners, etc.
  • Devise and provide a summary report of each opportunity that shall be archived in a company repository.
  • Download and curate all documents associated with each opportunity for assessment and decision-making.

  • Responsible for weekly updates to leadership
  • Support project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet objectives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure alignment and effective communication on opportunities.
