Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the real estate and property industry in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role involves working with accounts payable data entry and processing for an ERP transition project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing accounts payable data entry within the new ERP, Workday.

• Maintain and manage high-volume data entry with high accuracy.

• Navigate and utilize Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis for various tasks.

• Assist in coding invoices and processing them efficiently.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure a highly organized working environment.

• Resolve any issues related to accounts payable and customer credit inquiries.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions for delinquent payments.

• Utilize Microsoft Word for documentation and record keeping purposes.

• Adapt and learn quickly in a self-directed environment.

• Ensure all responsibilities are executed in compliance with industry standards. Requirements • Prior experience of at least 1 year in an Accounts Payable Clerk role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Experience in invoice processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with Workday ERP is preferred

• Knowledge of Real Estate & Property industry is a plus

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
