ManpowerGroup Furniture Repair Tech in Virginia Beach, Virginia
Our client, a leader in the furniture industry, is seeking a Furniture Repair Tech to join their team. As a Furniture Repair Tech, you will be part of the Internal Service team supporting the Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Furniture Repair Tech
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Pay Range: $18 & up
What's the Job?
Repair and touch up merchandise that was damaged in the Distribution Center, by a consumer or vendor.
Identify the level of repair needed and determine the type of tools, equipment, and parts required.
Perform repairs in a fast-paced environment while adhering to standard operating procedures and company standards.
Complete all administrative processes to place merchandise back into inventory post-repair.
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the Distribution Center.
What's Needed?
Basic knowledge of shop tools and repair materials.
Furniture repair experience is preferred.
High School diploma or GED.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and peers.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
