Your main responsibilities are:

  • Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s deadline;

  • Maintenance and organisation of the back warehouse section;

  • Working with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction;

  • Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas Laboratories for the preparation of bottle orders and cleaning of coolers;

  • Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders;

  • Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organisation;

  • Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader.

  • Back up driver when necessary

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • Full time

  • High school diploma;

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Experience in the field is an asset;

  • Bilingual (French and English - spoken and written);

  • Excellent interpersonal communication, must be organized;

  • The candidate must be responsible, independent, dedicated and motivated with a good team spirit;

  • Computer knowledge, an asset;

  • The candidate must be able to lift loads of 25 lbs. and more, if necessary;

  • Dynamic, energetic, motivated, positive outlook.
