IHG Hygiene & Sanitation Agent in Philippines

As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our kitchen and dining areas.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.
Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.
Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What We need from you:
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by a local government agency.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational , and training abilities.
Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.
1-year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
