As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout our kitchen and dining areas.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Oversee the daily operations of the stewarding department, including dishwashing, cleaning, and sanitation.

• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.

• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed.

• Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and schedules.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We need from you:

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.

• Food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by a local government agency.

• Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational , and training abilities.

• Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services or related field.

• 1-year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
