WORK SCHEDULE: 10AM - 7PM
At Oracle, we are seeking a creative and passionate professional with a strong interest in Visual Design and User Experience to join our Solutions Consulting Center in Bucharest. As part of Oracle’s North America Applications Solutions Consulting organization, you will be responsible for producing sales-related product videos, visual communication materials, and wireframes to support our efforts in creating compelling presentations, prototypes, graphics, and media work. You will also contribute to the UI/UX design and customization of Oracle product prototypes, including web and mobile applications and customer portals. This role involves collaborating with Oracle Executives, Sales Teams, Solutions Consultants and Innovation strategists to create and maintain UI content, establish best practices, gather assets, and apply Redwood design principles to deliver cohesive and engaging user experiences. The position offers an opportunity to build foundational product knowledge, develop a strong commercial sense, and work in an international environment. Primary activities:
Create customer-facing videos, visual presentation materials in support sales opportunities.
Perform video production activities, including editing, graphics, animations, special effects, music selection, and voiceover.
Create customer-facing prototypes in support of the sales opportunities.
Create other visual-related assets such as wireframes, flow-diagrams to assist with sales opportunities.
Create original graphic, illustrations, infographic, schematic, data visualization content for presentations, and for the UI design and customizations for Oracle products, web and mobile applications, customer portals etc.
Think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.
Design clear, uncluttered presentations and layouts that achieve optimum visual quality and performance.
Consult with requestors, team members to identify and clarify the overall theme of the asset/prototype and work iteratively through changes and versions.
Understand business requirements behind the prototype and work closely with innovation strategists, pre-sales engineers, and other sales team members.
Create documentation in support of the visual prototype.
Act as a liaison with Oracle Sales Consultants.
Contribute ideas to the future innovation and workflow.
Secondary activities:
Develop graphic design materials for prototypes (infographics, key visuals, and other visual communication materials).
Perform administrative duties by maintaining the team’s assets and ensuring the tools library is up to date.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a talented visual artist/prototype designer/developer to tell impactful stories through prototypes and digital assets in support of Oracle products. The ideal candidate would match the following profile:
Creative mind and storytelling skills.
Experience with digital technology and video editing software packages (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Audio processing tools (Sound Forge, Audition, etc.).
Graphic design portfolio and skills (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Animation tools After Effects and Animate.
Strong expertise with Figma and other prototyping tools.
Expertise with Axure, Marvel, Miro, Figma will be a major plus.
Expertise in all Adobe CC apps while being well-versed in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Degree/Certificate in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Expertise with web technologies and mobile platforms such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks.
Create original graphic, infographic, illustrations, schematic, data visualization content for presentations and Product Prototypes.
Visual problem solver – ability to dissect complex information to simplify and abstract it for easier audience engagement.
Ability to conceptualize, identify and create design assets needed to bring a story to life.
Ability to adhere to design standards and interpret brand guidelines.
High attention to detail and accuracy. Creative, tenacious and thorough.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as time management skills.
Team player who can motivate and work for the success of the organization.
Good understanding of IT market and trends.
Appreciation of technology, internet/web applications, and desktop/office automation software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to manage deadlines with colleagues and internal customers.
Ability to multi-task and share job responsibilities with other team members.
Ability to work in (and preferably experience of working in) virtual teams.
