As the Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive for Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon you are responsible for driving online leads and revenue for the hotel. You will be responsible for development of distribution channel strategies and action plans to grow web revenue, aligned to the brand, loyalty brand and outlet marketing strategies to achieve a low-cost book direct revenue, market share growth and brand preference.

Your day-to-day

PERFORMANCE MARKETING

  • Serve as the subject matter expert responsible for the analysis of paid search, display, remarketing and metasearch campaigns, using a data-driven approach to facilitate informed decisions.

  • Develop and execute strategies for account structure, bid optimisation, creative testing, and keyword and ad copy optimisation.

  • Drive brand awareness online, as well as generate direct leads and revenue for the booking engine.

  • Set clear and measurable KPIs to achieve maximum returns on investment for all paid media.

  • Lead the in-house campaign management, optimisation and reporting of metasearch campaigns.

  • Implement and analyse the measurement of all digital activity to ensure effectiveness, proper usage and awareness of analytics data.

  • Key champion of the various OTA channels and optimise the visibility and ROAS for all boosters by working closely with the respective market managers.

  • Report and review performance marketing campaigns with internal stakeholders.

CONTENT MARKETING

  • Strengthen customer relationships through social media, monitoring both hotel, R&Bs and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement

  • Develop and implement KOL outreach programmes for Singapore and key source markets

  • Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule with acquisition, and engagement metrics in mind

  • Copywrite eDMs and all digital collaterals for online use

  • Key liaison for IHG ONE Rewards including but not limited to:

  • Relay key information, updates and standards to various departments

  • Track and report on these activations and standards

  • Submission of hotels and/or R&Bs offers or information in a timely manner

PEOPLE

  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of online travel marketing best practices, the key travel industry and consumer trends, share best practices and gain efficiencies.

  • Works closely with the Commercial Team and others within the greater Marketing team with social/digital activities and utilizes best practices (e.g. Local Measure) to monitor and optimize the guest experience.

  • Play an active role within the Hotel’s leadership team and participation amongst the wider Hotel team, including the Sales, Reservation and Revenue team

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Protects and promotes the Holiday Inn Express brand image and reputation both on line and within the hotel in line with the brand guidelines, to create consistency within the brand which will ultimately drive business

  • Is the custodian of the customer experience across all distribution channels ensuring the hotel value propositions and communications are consistent and effective throughout each channel, for all customer types

RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

  • Uphold IHG’s corporate social responsibility strategy through effective campaign messaging of IHG charities and social partnerships (e.g. True Hospitality for Good)

  • Continue to drive the notion of Green Marketing within the hotel, maximizing existing partnerships and activities, whilst continuing the efforts undertaken

  • Ensure distribution channels adherence to IHG Corporate Responsibility practices for the property (e.g. Rate Parity) and take a pro-active lead in driving initiatives across the hotel team to support the responsible business agenda

What we need from you

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred 1-2 years of experience in digital performance marketing across all paid channels, including but not limited to paid search, display, remarketing and metasearch campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred. Graduate degree in a related field is desirable.
