• Implement maintenance procedures for local government compliance.

• Conduct monthly inventories of supplies and quarterly checks of operating equipment.

• Manage POMEC department for efficient operations and facility maintenance.

• Implement preventive maintenance program for all hotel equipment.

• Coordinate and supervise special projects and contractors.

• Conduct bi-monthly building inspections with Chief Engineer.

• Perform bi-weekly inspections of operational areas, reporting malfunctions promptly.

• Monitor energy conservation procedures and report irregularities.

• Prepare monthly utility consumption reports and ensure instrument calibration.

• Oversee guestroom servicing and grounds maintenance.

• Implement corporate life safety procedures and maintain alarm systems.

• Manage fire prevention and firefighting equipment functionality.

• Control, verify, store, and utilize fuel deliveries.

• Represent Engineering Department on hotel's Executive Committee in absence of Chief Engineer.
