Job Description

Responsibilities:

Help customers to achieve their business objectives with NetSuite

Drive customer satisfaction thorough value consulting.

Understand customers business requirements and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.

Analyze company operations to detect and prevent operational, system, or technical problems and suggest improvements with strategic thinking.

Proactively propose tailored solutions to customers based on the understanding of their business processes and your knowledge of the platform.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective solutions and outcomes.

Perform problem solving with assistance and guidance, ensuring alignment with company policies and processes.

Participate in driving the approach to remediate system or process gaps, achieving consensus with customers for effective resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in defining solutions to business process requirements.

Finance, Accounting or Business-related degree, or comparable experience in accounting or business operations roles.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to customers and team members.

Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

A passion for driving customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships. Prior experience in job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with customers.

2-3 years of consulting, accounting, or business process optimization experience. External customer facing experience is valued.

Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, HCM, Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Totvs) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

As a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to analyze situations/data and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.
