Our Solutioning Center of Excellence within the Managed Services Platform will provide you direct interaction with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute on priority growth initiatives within this fast-growing platform.

Demonstrates extensive-level abilities successfully managing the identification and addressing of client needs:

  • Displays knowledge and/or a proven record of success in payroll policies and practices at a global level;

  • Exhibits some payroll operations, implementation, and/or managed services experience and conveys process improvement skills. Demonstrates experience with payroll technology platforms (ADP, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc);

  • Manages global payroll operations, establishing accurate and timely payments, in compliance with federal, state, and local laws for each location regarding withholdings and deductions;

  • Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing efforts to identify and address client needs;

  • Understands business problems in the form of functional and technical requirements while using innovative thought leadership in the creation of solutions;

  • Understands and possesses knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax requirements to establish compliance;

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with client on with payroll inquiries and audits from federal, state, and local taxing authorities;

  • Works closely with business teams and key stakeholders, both management and operational, to establish industry-leading processes for payroll and related programs, including effective internal controls and automation of workflows to enable efficient, accurate, and timely processing of payroll;

  • Manages the implementation of new tools/automation, financial controls, policies, and leading industry practices across the functional group to include process improvements and efficiencies related to payroll deliverables;

  • Develops relationships with a diverse, cross-functional group of stakeholders across a global network to drive and influence transformational change and solutions;

  • Collaborates with accounting to assist with journal entries, account reconciliations, and other accounting duties related to payroll;

  • Works closely with PwC leaders and clients to interpret results, identify trends, and develop/implement strategies to combat issues;

  • Establishes and maintains pay policies, payroll calendars, checklists, tax deadlines, and procedural documentation;

  • Makes recommendations and implements processes to enable cross-border payroll process;

  • Manages a team of payroll professionals in different regions, establishing high performance and collaboration. Excels in a virtual/global team, working virtually and navigating complex international and matrixed organizations;

  • Fosters an environment where team members can share feedback, suggestions, and process improvements;

  • Develops and sustains meaningful client relationships, understands a client's business and technology to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities;

  • Acquires knowledge of current business issues to deliver results and develop process improvement strategies;

  • Creates a positive work environment, collaborating with team members while meeting client expectations, encouraging improvement by offering meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress;

  • Displays excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes the ability to effectively communicate project updates, negotiate contracts, and present business proposals to clients and stakeholders;

  • Works and collaborates with multicultural teams in multiple locations.

The salary range for this position is: $103,500 - $233,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
