Apria Patient Service Specialist - After Hours in United States

PURPOSE

The purpose of this position is to offer support to patients and referrals after the local branch has closed. (After Hours, Weekends, and Holidays)

DESCRIPTION:

· Answer inbound phone calls.

· Perform a number of processing duties for the Branch as necessary including, but not limited to working with intakes, reviewing ACIS screens to assist customers with recurring service, new services, and Troubleshooting.

· Handle requests from Patients, Branches, Referrals/Hospitals.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.

· At least two years related experience in an office environment is preferred.

  • At least two years’ related experience in Customer Services.

· Computer skills.

· Good organizational skill.
