As aPeople Services Specialist (6 months contract)there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day.

  • Ensuring timely & compliant pay out of payroll and bonuses for SEA, Korea and India. Managing local benefit packages.

  • Assist with onboarding new hires and managing offboarding processes

  • Maintain and update both digital and hardcopy employee records.

  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary HR documents.

  • Support compliance with labour laws and assist with statutory reporting.

  • Assist in the implementation and enhancement of internal HR systems

  • Organize and maintain the company’s shared drive for easy access and secure data storage

    What you’ll need

  • Successful track record of 1+ years in international HR Specialist / HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist roles

  • Proficiency with MS Excel

  • Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage

  • Ability to self-start and self-motivate under very limited supervision
