As aPeople Services Specialist (6 months contract)there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day.
Ensuring timely & compliant pay out of payroll and bonuses for SEA, Korea and India. Managing local benefit packages.
Assist with onboarding new hires and managing offboarding processes
Maintain and update both digital and hardcopy employee records.
Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other necessary HR documents.
Support compliance with labour laws and assist with statutory reporting.
Assist in the implementation and enhancement of internal HR systems
Organize and maintain the company’s shared drive for easy access and secure data storage
What you’ll need
Successful track record of 1+ years in international HR Specialist / HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist roles
Proficiency with MS Excel
Experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage
Ability to self-start and self-motivate under very limited supervision
