Position Title: Postdoctoral Associate

Supervisor: Dr. Yajun Mei

Employment Dates: 09/01/2024- 08/31/2025
The postdoctoral candidate will work closely with Professor Yajun Mei in the Department of Biostatistics at the NYU School of Global Public Health.
Develop cutting-edge statistical, machine learning, and AI approaches for adaptive/sequential design and high-dimensional streaming data.
Author journal/conference papers and grant proposals.
Engage in collaborative research within biomedical and health sciences
Other duties as assigned
PhD in Biostatistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields such as Industrial Engineering or Operation Research,
Ability to conduct sequential or adaptive designs,
Ability to analyze high-dimensional sequential or streaming data,
Strong communication skills (written and oral) and organizational skills
Prior experience in statistical/machine/deep learning, particularly on sequential analysis and change-point detection, is preferred. Self-motivated and collaborative individuals are encouraged to apply.
