Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sr. Executive- Accounts to join our Accounts & Finance department. The Sr. Executive- Accounts will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting senior accounting staff in ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements under the guidance of senior accountants.

  • Maintain general ledger accounts by reconciling bank statements and transactions.

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.

  • Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and income tax filings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of journal entries and financial reports.

  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented.

  • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis as required.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

Qualifications :

  • B.Com/BBA/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • 3+yrs work experience as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Accountant, or similar role for 3- 5 years would be advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in accounting software Tally and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Tally is a plus.

· Certification or pursuing certification in accounting (e.g., CA Inter) would be beneficial
