Devereux’s National Talent and Organizational Development department, headquartered in Villanova, PA, is currently seeking a Talent Coach and Learning System Administrator with a focus on Learning Technologies and Data for a full-time employment opportunity. At Devereux, we are committed to providing innovative learning resources to our employees to support their performance.

As the selected Talent Coach and Learning Systems Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee the administration of the Learning Management, Talent Management and other learning technology systems.

  • Assist centers with LMS, TMS system configuration, audit/reporting and troubleshooting

  • Provide consulting and technical training support to centers and national departments in the use of learning technology systems

  • Implement Devereux ASCEND Career Accelerator Program, a national career development program to recruit and retain employees, enabling them to grow, increase capabilities and develop professionally to drive high quality programs and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, adult education, or a related field. Master’s preferred

  • One year experience with learning and/or talent management systems;

  • Intermediate understanding of Learning Management Systems and database systems;

  • Experience with web technologies.

  • Must be skilled at troubleshooting technical issues and finding effective solutions;

  • Must be extremely detail oriented, have the ability to work independently, make decisions and apply discretion under indirect supervision.

  • Experience in supervision, training, and/or development preferred.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills. Must be a collaborative servant leader who values relationship building and serving the internal customer.
