Compensation Range:

$23.06 - $32.29

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

GENERAL PURPOSE:

With general direction and latitude for initiative and judgment, performs routine and non-routine duties related to the repair of medium complexity electronic parking equipment, CCTV cameras, networked intercom and general construction duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs preventive maintenance inspections on medium complexity electronic parking access equipment and revenue generating equipment, to determine operational status and compliance with manufacturers and industry technical standards and specifications.

  • Troubleshoots and repairs of medium complexity electronic equipment to support the parking operation including but not limited to, parking gates, parking access control, CCTV cameras, network intercom devices, etc.

  • Installation of signs and sign related hardware.

  • Administrative duties related to training, documentation, etc. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School or equivalent required.

  • 2 years of practical experience in building maintenance and/or maintenance of electronic instruments, apparatus or equipment

  • or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Basic knowledge of computers, electronic operation, and hand tools required.
