Job Description:

We are looking for reliable Facility Maintenance and Cleaning Technicians to join our client in providing top-notch facility maintenance and cleaning services. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. Company will provide all necessary equipment and materials to ensure our team members have the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, facility cleaning, grounds cleaning, and refuse collection.

• Operate vault toilet pump-out trucks and maintain dumpsters in a safe and efficient manner.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and grounds to identify any areas requiring additional attention.

• Assist in beach water testing and ensure that all environmental standards are met.

• Use cleaning solvents, disinfectants, and other materials provided to maintain high cleanliness standards.

• Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure timely and thorough service delivery.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Facility Support Services Manager.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and maintain a positive work environment.

• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in facility maintenance, cleaning, or a related field is preferred.

• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery, including vault toilet pump-out trucks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm
