Description

Seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, posting payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have strong organizational skills, and work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices and ensure timely distribution

• Post customer payments accurately into the system

• Assist with reconciling accounts receivable balances

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status

• Maintain and update customer account information

• Support the AR team with administrative duties as needed

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting (or relevant internship experience)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic proficiency in Excel

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with high-volume invoicing

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles
