People Services Support Administrator
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated People Service Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our personnel databases, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
*What You’ll Do: *
Manage cases that are confidential in nature and resolve them in an accurate, timely, and effective way.
Accurately input and update employee information in the HR database (PeopleSoft).
Verify and correct data discrepancies in employee records.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Maintain strong internal and external customer service skills.
Build strong relationships with other People teams to meet objectives and avoid ticket escalation.
Assist with the creation of training materials, maintain reference guides.
Gather and analyse data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
*What You’ll Need: *
Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must
Proven experience as a data clerk or in a similar administrative role
Ideally experience working with a Core People System (Peoplesoft)
High level of PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office
Experience utilizing a case management tool
