WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of Customer Care related data in an on-going effort to increase overall productivity.

Additionally, the Sales Operations Analyst performs routine diagnostic analysis in order to identify opportunities for improvement with existing processes and practices.

Primary areas of focus: customer care analysis

• Perform Customer Care team KPI calculation on team and person level.

• Cooperate with regional / international Customer Care teams

• Perform productivity analytics throughout the performance cycle

• Perform data analysis and derive insights that supports key strategy and decisions e.g. resource deployment

• Review existing data processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Lead the development of reporting tools and templates aimed at improving customer care management decision making

YOU HAVE:

• Academic background in in Finance or Economics, Science

• Previous experience in a data analysts role, in commercial finance or related role in Finance, Operations, Marketing

• Skills: proficient in data visualization tools- Tableau, practical knowledge of CRM tools, e.g. salesforce.com and data warehousing (e.g. Snowflake, SAP), knowledge of data analytics/programming tools: VBA, SQL, MS Access, advanced Excel
