UL, LLC Associate Sales Process Specialist in Warszawa, Poland

As our global footprint and customer base continue to grow, we are looking for an Associate Sales Process Specialist to join our wonderful team and support UL’s sales professionals in all administrative processes, including quote generation, order processing and booking, and post-sales customer service support for our clients from Medical Devices industry.

  • Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities.

  • Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines.

  • Ensures that the follow-up with customer is scheduled and supports turning quotes into orders.

  • Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related tasks and collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries.

  • Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate.

  • Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable.

  • Builds an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engages other teams to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve the customer experience.

  • Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

  • High School diploma

  • 1-2 years of working experience in sales-related roles, preferably sales support and/or sales processes support.

  • Very good level of English language.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and Salesforce or other CRM software.

  • Pro-active approach and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Good sales and interpersonal skills and ability to find alternative solutions.

  • A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.
