The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated Journeyman Advanced Information Systems Security Manager to support the mission objectives and needs of the U.S. Navy in the Washington, DC area. The position is contingent upon award of contract.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the cybersecurity of a program, organization, system, or enclave.
Oversees and ensures that the appropriate operational security posture (e.g., network and system security, physical and environmental protection, personnel security, incident handling, security training and awareness) is implemented and maintained for an information system or program.
Advises the Authorizing Official (AO), an information system owner, or the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) on the security of an information system or program.
Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
Cloud Environment and Data Migration Support.
Provide support to the program’s Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).
Define the nature and extent of problems and develop solutions.
Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. Interview managers and employees while observing their operations.
Understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.
Prepare and solve mathematical models.
Review and update Cybersecurity documentation for accuracy, format, and punctuality.
Report findings and recommendations to the Government.
Qualifications:
Required:
Must hold a current Secret clearance
BA/BS and 10+ years relevant experience
A track record of progressively responsible information assurance experience in ICD 503 certification and accreditation.
Must maintain required technical and security training relative to cybersecurity duties, in accordance with DoD instruction 8510.01, Risk Management Framework for DoD Systems, NIST Special Publication 800-53, Recommended Security Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations and DoD Directive 8570.01-M, IA Workforce Improvement Program.
Must have CNSSI 4012-Senior Systems Managers, NDU CIO certificate and NDU CISO certificate, OR any of the following Certificates:
Certified in Governance Risk and Compliance (CGRC)
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC)
Current DoD 8140 – IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
OR Training:
AQD GA8-Information Dominance Warfare - Chief Information Officer
CIN A-4C-1340 Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Operating Account Manager
CIN W-3B-1500 EKMS Manager
NEC 741A Information System Security Manager
NEC N72Z CVN Propulsion Plant Local Area Network (PPLAN) Manager
Desired:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process, Middle Tier Acquisition), Experience in Navy DoD, Weapon Systems

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
