Job Summary The Sr CWS (HR) Business Partner is an integral part of the Coworker Success (HR) organization as well as an indispensable strategic partner to the business unit it supports. As a Sr Business Partner, you are seen as a trusted advisor and an extension of the leadership team within your business client group. Business Leaders call on you to help think through their most difficult and strategic talent challenges. Simply put, Business Partners are the bridge between talent and strategy.
